We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Quality Issues
We at LooMantha.com always strive to provide standard quality products to our valued customers, however, if customer still raise the issue for quality, the issue should be raised within 24hrs from the day of receiving the product. After 24hrs no request will be entertained.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellations
The order can be cancelled before processing, once the order gets processed ( assigned to courier ) could not be cancelled.

On every order whether it's Prepaid/Cod verificaion call will be made to customer and if customer does not respond to call till three attempts ( 3 consecutive working days ) , the order would automatically be cancelled from our side and the refund ( for prepaid orders ) will be processed into the original mode of payment and the same shall be credited within 2-3 business days.
